1. Sit Quietly in a Relaxing Posture

After eating, sit in a comfortable posture such as Vajrasana, also known as Thunderbolt Pose. This position helps to enhance digestion by promoting blood flow to the digestive organs and preventing bloating or indigestion. It is important to avoid lying down or engaging in vigorous activities immediately after eating.

2. Sip Warm Water or Herbal Tea

Drinking a small amount of warm water or herbal teas like cumin, fennel, or ginger tea can help stimulate Agni and prevent the accumulation of Ama toxins. Cold water should be avoided immediately after eating as it can weaken Agni and slow down the digestion process.

3. Chew a Digestive Mixture
