Why Should We Eat Unpolished Rice or Brown Rice?

Eating unpolished rice or brown rice has several health benefits compared to white rice which is more processed. Here are some reasons to consider incorporating brown rice into your diet:

UN and other organizations have been pushing for the use of hybrid seeds, which can have detrimental effects on both the environment and agriculture. There used to be thousands of varieties of rice in India alone. Thanks to the government's propaganda and the influence of these organizations, now less than 2000 varieties are left.

Native Rice: A Superior Choice

Native rice is superior. It's rich in minerals and doesn't require standing water to grow. It has a strong immune system and resists pests easily. The gene pool of native rice is rich, making it more resilient and adaptable. It is also more aromatic, which is a testament to its quality.

While it may be more expensive to buy, native rice is worth investing in for its superior nutritional value and environmental benefits.
